Applicants must submit an original essay of no more than 1,000 words. The essay should address the following:

Your essay should include a creative title, be properly formatted, and cite any sources or references using a clear bibliography.

- Be currently enrolled or accepted at an accredited U.S. college or university (undergraduate or graduate)
- Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
