As part of the MRFF Primary Health Care Research Project, entitled “Equitable Access to Full Blood Evaluation Testing at the Point of Care in Remote Primary Health,” we are offering a Ph.D. scholarship to an outstanding candidate. This innovative endeavor is a collaboration between Flinders University, Sepsis Australia, Northern Territory Health, the National Community Controlled Health Organisation, the Aboriginal Medical Services Alliance Northern Territory, the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia, and Point of Care Diagnostics.

Complete blood evaluation (FBE) point-of-care testing device deployment in a remote primary care environment, combined with an evaluation of deployment strategy and device performance, will constitute the bulk of the Ph.D. research topic. The focus of the research topic will be determined through mutual agreement between the candidate and the Principal supervisors. There are no restrictions on which Flinders University campus in South Australia or the Northern Territory the recipient can attend on the strength of this fully funded PhD scholarship. Primary supervisors will be Dr. Brooke Spaeth from the Flinders University Bedford Park campus and Dr. Tina Noutsos from the Flinders University Darwin campus. Drs. Jacqueline Stephens and Rodney Omond, as well as Professors James Smith, Billie Bonevski, Jon Karnon, and Associate Professor Chris Rissel, might provide associate supervision from their bases in Australia.

About the Scholarship Provider:

Flinders consistently places around the top among universities around the world. This is likely due to the university’s forward-thinking ethos and unwavering commitment to its students’ success. As a school, we encourage our kids to “seize the day” and make the most of any opportunity that comes their way. All the tools necessary for academic success are made available to students at this institution. Flinders University is consistently ranked as one of the best schools in the world. It was awarded a high-grade point average at a top educational institution. The graduates of Flinders University have a long history of success. In order to be creative, one must be flexible, defy convention, and take chances.

This is why many people put their trust in our claims and knowledge. Flinders University is ranked 271st in the world and 43rd in Asia and the Pacific by Times Higher Education. We will release the final ranking of the top institutions in the globe in 2020. We hope to accomplish our mission of increasing the good our company causes throughout the world by partnering with international organizations who are already hard at work finding solutions to global problems through means like education and research.

Since its inception, Flinders University has made some of its finest resources available to scholars from all around the world. Graduates like these might choose from a wide variety of job options. Flinders University in Australia is the birthplace of several thriving businesses and non-profits. You can learn a lot about cutting-edge management techniques by doing an internship there. From Bedford Park, visiting either of Flinders University’s downtown campuses is a quick and painless experience.  The hotel’s position brings the beach and the lively city within easy walking distance. The budgets for the Plaza and the Student Center have been considered. Office space in the building will be available for lease to businesses of varying sizes and from all over the world. Flinders Village is a vibrant area full with interesting shops and fun activities. The high regard in which Flinders University is held is largely attributable to the high quality of the liberal arts education it provides

Foreign students at Flinders University have access to a wide range of support services designed to ease their transition to life in Adelaide and Australia. After orientation is over, we will still keep in touch with international students. To their friends, family, and coworkers, more than 90% of our international students give nothing but glowing reviews. Once the new Flinders Village station and line open in 2020, patients and visitors to the Flinders Medical Centre at the University of Adelaide will have greatly improved accessibility. Patients will have an easier time locating the services they need at the Flinders Medical Centre. If you can coordinate your schedule so that you live and work in the same central business district, you could cut 22 minutes off your daily trip

Time and energy savings are taken into account. The Bedford Park campus of Flinders University is located about 12 kilometers south of Adelaide’s downtown. At a great distance, the city and the lake seem to merge into one another. The modern buildings of Australia provide a striking contrast to the country’s native flora and fauna. It has been suggested that the future Flinders University campus be built in the Bedford Park area of Adelaide. Adelaide has a lower cost of living than most other big cities. The article can be referenced either as (2016 World Liveability Report) or as “(2016 World Liveability Report)”.

Student participation in innovative R&D is highly valued at Flinders University. Counseling and financial assistance services at Flinders University can help students figure out what they want to study and how to pay for it. The New Flinders Rail Station, which will better link the Tonsley Innovation Zone to the rest of the city, will open in 2020. The business core of Flinders Village has been greatly expanded by the new building.
