This scholarship offers $2,500 to help students who are dealing with physical or learning disabilities, medical conditions, or special needs. It’s designed to support those who have shown strength and determination despite personal difficulties.
Scholarship Value

Who Can Apply?
To qualify, you must:
- Live in Connecticut or attend a school located in the state.
- Be enrolled in any grade level—this includes elementary, high school, college, or graduate school.
- Be facing a documented challenge, such as a disability or medical condition.
- Be able to show that you have financial need.
What You’ll Need
To apply, you should submit:
- A personal story (500 to 1,000 words) explaining the challenges you've faced, how you’ve grown through them, and how this scholarship would help you.
- A document showing you’re enrolled or accepted at a school in Connecticut.
- Optional: A letter from a teacher, counselor, doctor, or mentor recommending you.
- Optional: Any documents that explain your condition or needs (for example, a support plan or a short note from a professional).
Only one application per student will be considered.
Deadline
- Submit your application by August 1, 2025.
- The winner will be contacted by August 15, 2025.
