£19,840 University of Edinburgh 2022 Catto MSc & PhD Scholarships for Female African Students
Successful applicants will begin studies in September 2022. This award is made possible by the Stephen Gordon Catto Charitable Trust. It will pay full fees and a stipend of £15,840 for the one-year MSc and three or four years of PhD studies. The awardee will get £4000 upfront to help pay the costs of their UK visa application, travel to Edinburgh, and other expenses. There is one full scholarship available for qualified female African applicants to study for an MSc in Africa and International Development followed by a PhD in African Studies at the University of Edinburgh.
