Fully-funded Humphrey Fellowship Program for International Students, USA 2024
The Humphrey Fellowship Program is an esteemed international exchange program funded by the U.S. Government for promising international leaders wishing to pursue their professional development in the United States for one year of study and practical experience. In 2024, this program will be offering full-funding opportunities to eligible candidates from around the world.
The Humphrey Fellowship provides participants with a comprehensive package including tuition and fees, housing, living allowances, health insurance, book allowances and travel grants to attend academic conferences. It is also designed to provide a network of peers in the same field from around the world and professional experiential learning opportunities in host institutions across America.
During their stay in the U.S., Fellows can take part in conferences, seminars and workshops aimed at furthering their professional experience as well as gain access to some of America’s most prestigious universities, research facilities, government agencies and private organizations for research and internships. Fellows are also encouraged to engage actively with local American communities through volunteering activities or even teaching English as a foreign language.
Applicants must have excellent written and spoken English skills as well as possess a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) relevant to their field of study/professional work, obtained within five years prior to application date. Furthermore, they must demonstrate strong leadership potential, professional networking skills and commitment to public service back home after completing the program requirements.
