Fully Funded Harvard University 2023 Harvard South Africa Fellowship Program
The Harvard University 2023 South Africa Fellowship Program is a fully funded opportunity for students from South Africa to pursue their studies in the United States. This program is geared toward providing an opportunity for talented, high-achieving students to further their education and expand their knowledge.
The program provides full tuition and living expenses for the duration of the student’s studies at Harvard University. It also offers mentorship and guidance throughout their journey, as well as access to alumni networks in the US, South Africa, and around the world. Participants get a chance to attend exclusive events with prominent leaders, build professional relationships, and explore new career opportunities upon graduation.
Harvard University seeks applicants who demonstrate strong academic achievement, leadership potential, and personal integrity. Eligible applicants must be citizens or permanent residents of South Africa, have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) or equivalent in all prior educational programs, plan to pursue a degree at Harvard University that begins no later than August 2023; and possess proficiency in spoken English. The selection process includes careful review of application materials including essays written by each applicant which should provide evidence of character traits such as self-motivation, empathy, creativity among other criteria set forth by the university.
