Scholarship Eligibility
Before proceeding with the application, the students must meet the eligibility criteria of the scholarship.
- All nationalities are encourage to apply for the scholarship.
- Applicants must have a good communication skills in oral and written English, must meet the AIT’s English Proficiency Requirements
- Must be holding a four-year bachelor’s degree from any of the recognized universities all over the world.
- Having a master’s certification from a perceived university for Ph.D. candidates and ought to have a Combined GPA of 3.50 in their Master’s certification and 2.75 in their undergrad program from top colleges.
- Must be physically and mentally health with a record of good conduct.
- The applicants must be able to meet the admission criteria of the university.
English Language Requirements

Application Process
The application can be access in an online portal provided by the university. It is important to read the instruction carefully. Applicants must provide a complete information needed for the scholarship application. The registered email and contact information will be used for the notification of the application result.
The application may require an additional materials. Late and incomplete application will not be considered and will be automatically rejected. Applicants can only apply one academic program at AIT. All communications and documents must be in an English language.
The scholarship is competitive basis and must met the main criteria of the academic standing.
Scholarship Awards
The Asian Institute of Technology Scholarship will be awarded in the form of financial aid that will provide an opportunity for the local and international students to study in Thailand. The financial aid will help them to subsidized the study cost which will cover a full or half portion of the tuition fees for successful students while other related fees will be shouldered. A living stipend may also be included.
The scholarship committee will be proposing the value of the AIT scholarship for each applicants. The scholarship awards will be granted once before the admission and cannot be deferred.
